Transforming juice press residues. 
A Matter of Fruit develops a compostable material using industrial juice press residues. The new matter has the potential of replacing fossil-fuel based products and offers a non-toxic alternative to conventional plastics and synthetic surfaces. The aim of the initiative is to establish a new material cycle by also using its old material as a secondary resource. Since the material is also recyclable, it should be returned after its use. A Matter of Fruit assumes responsibility for the material cycles and, in addition to material and product development, is responsible for its recycling and reuse.
