Eric Esser
In his master thesis “Quantitative Explorations” Eric developed various principles that lead to a significant increase in quality in the field of additive manufacturing processes, especially the FDM process. In addition, these principles allow complex structures to be printed which are not or only uneconomically producible in a conventional way.
On the basis of these findings, both products and prototypes should be realized, which benefit from the additive manufacturing processes and demonstrate the potential of 3D printing. For the already developed prototypes, such as the textile “AuxTex”, innovative applications are to be found.
